You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

In original packaging (or securely repacked)
Non-personalized, non-perishable, and non-hygienic products

📬 Return Process

Contact Us with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send an RMA (Return Authorization) number and return instructions.
Ship the item back with tracking and RMA clearly visible.
Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued via the original payment method
Only the item cost is refunded (shipping fees excluded)
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
